Individuals for the Arts launches The Arts & Culture Equity Studio | Mid-Career Leaders Collection which offers mid-career arts directors entry to tailor-made coaching geared toward creating the talents wanted to advance within the arts administration subject.

These moderated classes designed for mid-career arts and tradition professionals will dive deep into equitable management and energy sharing constructions and help arts directors from backgrounds underrepresented in arts management to entry sensible instruments to assist advance their management journeys.
